Do i have to be present?

We generally advise against customers being present during the clearance. You are of course welcome to attend the premises whilst we clear it but in our experience it is much safer and quicker if just experienced members of our team are present.

The primary issue with all clearances is the cost of disposing of the waste in a legal manner. This has to be assessed on a job by job basis. Ideally we like to visit the house that needs clearing and then provide a fixed written quote for the clearance. Smaller clearances can be priced via photograph / video if this is more convenient.
